Booked flights can be modified or canceled according to the fare, up to 1 hour before the flight's departure.
Any later changes are prohibited.

Cancellation
Cancellation is permitted depending on the fare, but cannot take place less than 1 hour before the departure of the first flight of the journey. Once your outbound flight has been taken, you can no longer cancel your return.

Refunds: Flight fare refunds are permitted in the form of a credit voucher only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of an authorized cancellation (see above), SBE will issue an EMD corresponding to the amount of the canceled service, minus applicable modification/cancellation fees.
Credit Voucher (EMD): The EMD issued by SBE in exchange for a canceled trip is non-transferable and valid for 3 months, and can only be used once. If the total value of the coupon is not used in a single transaction, the remaining amount is forfeited by the customer and cannot be used or refunded.
Name Correction: Please note that reservations on scheduled flights operated by St Barth Executive are named and cannot be transferred to other passengers.
However, in case of a typo in the passenger's name, you may contact our customer service representatives at laligne@stbarthexecutive.com up to 6 hours after payment to make the correction.
