AIR INTER ILES
Air Inter Iles refers to the scheduled services operated by St Barth Executive (SBE) using the Tecnam P2012.

We recommend at least two hours prior for international connecting flights. It is the passenger's responsibility when booking to allow sufficient time for baggage retrieval and re-checking if a connection with another carrier is planned.
Failure to appear for a flight without notifying SBE will result in the cancellation of the remaining reservation.
SBE reserves the right to refuse transport to any person who does not comply with the applicable fares, rules, or regulations of the company. No modification or amendment to this agreement, nor any waiver of any rights under this agreement, shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SBE.
CHANGING YOUR TRAVEL
Booked flights can be modified or canceled according to the fare, up to 1 hour before the flight's departure.
Any later changes are prohibited.

Cancellation:
Cancellation is permitted depending on the fare, but cannot take place less than 1 hour before the departure of the first flight of the journey. Once your outbound flight has been taken, you can no longer cancel your return.

Refunds: Flight fare refunds are permitted in the form of a credit voucher only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. In the event of an authorized cancellation (see above), SBE will issue an EMD corresponding to the amount of the canceled service, minus applicable modification/cancellation fees.
Credit Voucher (EMD): The EMD issued by SBE in exchange for a canceled trip is non-transferable and valid for 3 months, and can only be used once. If the total value of the coupon is not used in a single transaction, the remaining amount is forfeited by the customer and cannot be used or refunded.
Name Correction: Please note that reservations on scheduled flights operated by St Barth Executive are named and cannot be transferred to other passengers.
However, in case of a typo in the passenger's name, you may contact our customer service representatives at laligne@stbarthexecutive.com up to 6 hours after payment to make the correction.
BAGGAGE
Due to strict restrictions at St. Barthélemy Airport concerning baggage size and weight, we inform you that this regulation will be strictly enforced, and consequently, we cannot guarantee the transport of any baggage exceeding these size or weight limits prior to the day of departure.
Baggage Dimensions:
- Carry-on baggage and personal items: must be smaller than 40x30x15 cm (16x12x6 in). Any larger item will travel in the hold, at the rear of the aircraft.
- Checked baggage: the total external dimensions of each piece of baggage (length + width + height) must not exceed 158 cm or 62 in, and no more than two of these large pieces of baggage per person.
Baggage Allowances: Our baggage allowances are based on weight and include your personal effects, a carry-on bag, and/or a checked bag: the total weight of all items you bring to the check-in counter must remain below the total allowance.

Overweight/Oversize Baggage: We do not guarantee the carriage of overweight, oversized, or extra baggage on your flight. Check-in agents on the day of departure will offer you the most suitable solution.

TRAVELING WITH PETS
Traveling with a pet is permitted when it has been correctly booked as a special service on an SBE flight.
Note that your pet is considered part of your baggage allowance, meaning the total weight of your baggage, the animal, and its carrier bag or cage must not exceed the total baggage allowance. Therefore, ensure you purchase the correct fare or travel light to stay within the authorized baggage weight limit.
Booking for a pet is free of charge. The animal must be placed in an IATA-approved bag/cage, and the total weight of the bag/cage and the animal must not exceed 5kg/11 lbs on the Light fare and 32 kg / 70 lbs on the Flex fare. The approved pet carrier must be approved by IATA for the transport of live animals, and its size is limited to 91x89x64 cm.
The passenger must possess the required documentation for the animal (see the section on travel documents, and the IATA website https://www.iata.org/en/programs/cargo/live-animals/pets/).
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The client is entirely responsible for ensuring that their passengers have the correct travel documents and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, requests, and requirements (including any applicable health documents, departure tax, entry, visa, customs, and other legal and statutory formalities) of the countries from or to which they are flying. This also applies to animals traveling with passengers, for which all required documentation must be up-to-date and valid for the countries of departure and/or destination.
SBE cannot be held responsible for any consequences suffered by the client or the passenger(s) in case of non-compliance with immigration, customs, or government rules.
PROHIBITED ITEMS AND DANGEROUS GOODS
Passengers must not carry or include in their baggage any items prohibited by any applicable national or international law, regulation, or transport order on any aircraft. All baggage and personal items brought aboard the aircraft are subject to inspection as required by law or deemed necessary by the flight crew. SBE may interrupt the journey if a passenger refuses to submit to such inspection.
SBE assumes no responsibility for perishable, fragile, or valuable items or documents, whether checked or not, with or without the knowledge of the carrier.
