Since our founding in 2018, we have consistently elevated the standards of executive aviation in the region. Based in Saint-Barthélemy, with operational hubs in Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin, we operate under European (EASA) certification with a modern fleet of Pilatus PC-12 NG and NGX aircraft, renowned for their safety, performance and exceptional cabin comfort.

Vincent Beauvarlet
CEO and Director of Operations

Vincent Beauvarlet joined St Barth Executive after over ten years of experience in aviation and 4,000 flying hours as a captain, flight instructor and flight examiner. As a French national sailing champion and world vice champion, Vincent understands the word challenge from within and what it takes to aim for perfection, to till every square inch in a constant effort to reach and keep the number one position. With a high team spirit and a strong appetite for hard-work and perfectionism, Vincent is responsible for the strategic direction and management of St Barth Executive.
Karl Beuken
Chief Pilot & Flight OPS Manager

Karl graduated from the Royal Military Academy in Belgium in 2001 and served as Officer in Special Operations and military intelligence until 2013. He then turned into aviation and fell directly in love with the PC12. Along his career he occupied the positions of Safety Manager, Head of Operations, Captain, training Captain and flight Instructor. After 8 years in Switzerland, Karl joined Saint Barth Executive in 2022 and totalises more than 6000 flight hours, of which more than 5000 on the PC12 as Captain and flight instructor. With a strong taste for new challenges and adventure, passionate with sky and sea, you will find Karl during his free time on his sailboat or his motorbike.
Adelaide Rispoli
Sales Manager

Adelaide embarked on a journey into the aviation industry in 2005 at Verona Villafranca Airport, initially serving as a check-in agent. With determination and curiosity, she has meticulously crafted a career.
The aviation industry is often male-dominate, but her Italian elegance has paved the way for success in various roles, culminating in her current position in the enchanting French Caribbean Sea.
Her personal and professional experiences have led, Adelaide to live between Belgium, the United States, and Switzerland. Each chapter has been written with the purpose of personal growth and expanding her horizons. Adelaide says: « The most delicate task, as a Manager, is managing the human resources. As a leader, you have to inspire and to engage your colleagues to be cohesive and successful. You can make the difference if you believe in your Team »
To maintain a healthy and harmonious life, Adelaide likes to practice sports and live immersed in tranquillity and in the nature.
Stefaan Braem
Training Manager

Stefaan Braem embarked on his aviation journey in 1996. As a former military pilot and member of the Red Devils, he has accumulated over 10,000 flight hours to date! Becoming a civilian flight instructor in 2010, a B737 pilot, and then a PC12 captain in 2019, Stefaan assumed the role of Training Manager on the Pilatus PC12 in 2022 at St Barth Executive.
Gilles Laugier
COO

Gilles Laugier, with two decades of aviation expertise under his belt, now finds his compass pointing towards St Barth Executive, from the untamed landscapes of Africa to the azure skies of the French West Indies. As St Barth Executive's COO, Gilles takes the helm with a keen eye for safety and efficiency honed through years of operating over hostile environments and fostering relationships with adventurous aviators and bold business leaders.
In his pursuit of perfection, he brings not only a strong work ethic and safety-oriented mindset but also a profound understanding of multicultural ventures, seamlessly blending his polyglot experiences into the fabric of St Barth Executive.
Accomplished aviator with over 6500 hours of flight time, Gilles manages the expanding flight operations of the company across the skies of the Caribbean with the same passion, resilience, and adventurous spirit that has defined him throughout his career.
