General Terms of Use

PREAMBLE
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") govern the access to and use of the website accessible at https://airinteriles.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by the company ST BARTH EXECUTIVE (hereinafter the "Publisher"), whose full identification details are provided in the Legal Notice.
The Site allows any person (hereinafter the "User") to consult information on the air transport services offered by Air Inter Îles and to make bookings.
Important: These TOU solely govern the use of the Site. The purchase of airline tickets and the contract of carriage are governed by our General Conditions of Sale and Carriage (GCSC), which must be consulted and accepted separately when making any booking.
ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE TOU
Accessing and browsing the Site implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these TOU. If the User does not accept these terms, they must cease all use of the Site.
ARTICLE 2: ACCESS AND SERVICES
The Site provides the User with free access to the following services:
- Viewing flight schedules and availability;
- Booking travel tickets;
- Consulting passenger information;
- Accessing online customer service.
A booking management service is available to Users who have a customer account and an active reservation.
The Publisher strives to keep the Site accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure, breakdowns, or maintenance operations. The Publisher cannot be held liable in the event of impossibility of access to the Site.
ARTICLE 3: RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. User's Responsibility
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any use of their account. The User agrees to use the Site fairly, in compliance with these TOU and current legislation, and shall refrain from any use for illicit or fraudulent purposes.
3.2. Publisher's Responsibility
The Publisher is bound by a best-efforts obligation regarding the access and operation of the Site. The information provided (schedules, fares) is for informational purposes only. Only the information appearing on the booking confirmation is contractually binding.
The Publisher's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
ARTICLE 4: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights relating to the Site and its content (texts, logos, images, "Air Inter Îles" trademark, etc.) belong to the Publisher or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement.
ARTICLE 5: PERSONAL DATA
The collection and processing of Users' personal data are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. For more information, the User is invited to consult our Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 6: HYPERLINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party sites over which the Publisher has no control. The Publisher disclaims all responsibility for the content of these sites.
ARTICLE 7: CHANGES TO THE TOU
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the Site at the date of its use by the User.
ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Applicable Law These TOU are subject to French law.
8.2. Consumer Mediation In the event of a dispute, the User is invited to first contact our customer service at: laligne@stbarthexecutive.com.
8.3. Competent Jurisdiction In the absence of an amicable resolution, and subject to the mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers, any dispute relating to these TOU shall be brought before the competent courts of Basse-Terre (Guadeloupe).
