Managing your booking
Booking changes are possible through the travel agent who made your booking, or directly on our website in the "My Bookings" section.
Modification
The conditions for modification or cancellation depend on the fare selected at the time of purchase.

Refunds
Ticket refunds are not permitted. In cases where cancellation is permitted, see above, Air Inter Iles by St Barth Executive will issue a credit corresponding to the amount of the canceled service, less any applicable modification/cancellation fees.
Credit
The credit (EMD) issued by Air Inter Iles by St Barth Executive in exchange for a canceled trip is valid for 3 months. If the total value of the credit is not used in one go, a residual credit will be issued for later use.
The credit is nominative, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
In the case of a partial cancellation, the credit will be issued based on the round-trip fare paid minus the one-way fare actually consumed.
Name Correction
Please note that regular flight bookings made on Air Inter Iles by St Barth Executive are nominative and cannot be transferred to other passengers. However, in the event that the passenger's name has been misspelled, you can contact our travel experts at laligne@stbarthexecutive.com up to 6 hours after your payment to make the correction.
